Negligent HOA property management company, inadequate exterior and structural maintenance that has resulted in recurring issues with roof leaks, mold, and water damage to units.
Kildara Condo Complex was built over 25 years ago, but still looks well maintained and modern. They have a nice hot spa pool along with a regular swimming pool included with the HOA dues. Also included is all the landscape maintenance and water and garbage collection.
