The owner/vet, Rob, only cares about money! There is no customer service. Originally went to get my cat desexed and some flea control. Not realising until I got home that they charged over $60 for the product that is elsewhere sold for $40. I called and asked to refund it as soon as I got home, the lady who answered said that would be fine but when I took it back I was told they couldn't refund my money because there wasn't a problem with the product. The worst vet ever. The did absolutely nothing to save my pugs life. RUDE. They sent my family away for my pug to die in THEIR care. THEN charged $280 because they put a drip in. I cannot believe how rude and disrespectful they are considering they work with animals. No heart.
