Slow ED. Inexperienced staff & doctors (though most are friendly enough but too rushed to provide proper patient care - staffing is stretched WAY too thin!). Zero follow-up regarding tests done in the department. The ED did not share results with my GP despite 3 requests. GP said it's the ED treating doctors responsibility to give scripts based on results taken in ED & hadn't received test results from Kilcoy ED & hadn't examined me so refused to get involved ($103 later). We came here for an emergency case for my wife pregnancy issue . Almost more than 2 hours waiting outside rest area for doctor. I ask from them and thay said doctors busy but they gave me all signs paper for bills . What a joke without checking.still waiting and great job Kilcoy hospital Emergency Services .
