Pleasant phone conversation
You have to be sick and attend practice every 2 months or they won't give you a phone call. Not even for providing a simple standard annual pathology blood test request. Had several times unable to book appointment for days, despite being urgent, but it was no problem booking at Medical Centre here in town.
Professional, courteous and friendly staff. The doctor I see is excellent.
