Needed a new fireplace, went in and asked could someone come out and see exactly which would suit our needs, was told someone would ring me. 2 weeks later I rang and I explained I hadn’t received any correspondence, there was no record of my request from my previous visit. The person I spoke with Said someone would ring and come out in a week or so I went to Young, 2 days later had someone come and advise on what would suit. 1 week later it’s being installed.
