Recently purchased a Kent wood heater from Kilbys. Happy with the heater but the installation process was pretty disappointing. Had to get them out to add extra length of flue because it was not installed to regulation. It was sticking out of the roof only about 280mm. The rubber seal was so close to the cowling that it would have perished from the heat coming out of the flue.
