We moved here at the first of March 2022 after touring several apartment complexes in the Frisco Square area and in the close surrounding area. It is an Apartment Complex so sure you have a few of the normal headaches that come with living in a multi family building. I've lived at Kilby since they first opened and absolutely love it. There have been changes with management/ownership but that could happen at any apartment property at anytime. The transitions have been very resident focused and management has been helpful with new processes by posting thorough instructions and following up with emails when I have had questions. The property itself is beautifully kept and the resident events are always a nice touch to making me feel like I'm in a great place that cares.

I submitted an application to kilby earlier this year but didn’t get approved. I got an email that the refundable fee will be refunded to me. Few months later, I called no one will take the call until I went there myself, the lady assured me they will send a Cheque for the refundable fee. This is 7months down the line, I have not gotten a refund.

この場所はとても素晴らしく、部屋もきれいで環境も良かったです。ここに住めてとても良かったと思っていました。しかしながら、オフィスのスタッフの対応はひどかったです。この場所を去ったあと、支払いに関して行き違いがありました。私たちはこの問題を解決するために何度も連絡を取り、解決に向けた努力をしたにも関わらず、スタッフの返事はとても遅く、最終的に彼女らは我々のメールをブロックしました。私たちは決して失礼な態度をとっていません。問題の解決に尽くしていたのにひどい態度をとられました。とてもがっかりしました。我々がアジア人だから話す価値がないと思ったのでしょうか。

The Wi-Fi is extremely poor. If you work remotely or go to school online, do not move here.
