$80k drainage job and left with a stormwater system that didnt drain water and a destroyed driveway (to an large apartment complex). Extremely rude receptionist as well.

This plumber was requested to investigate a water leak/waterproofing issues at my investment property by my Owners Corp. During the investigations they removed rendering and bricks from an external wall of the apartment building to access some waterpipes, and this was never replaced or fixed. I requested for the damage to be rectified as I was receiving notices from the Owners Corp as it was next to a common walkway, but they refused to return to the property unless I paid additional fees for the return visit.
