Johnny is a crash repair genius and Gloria runs the office so efficiently. Top service. Very obliging and professional. Wonderful work done on my car, efficiently and to a very high standard.
I went to this shop today and was really disappointed. The person didn’t even bother to look at my car, barely acknowledged me, and kept a cigarette in his mouth the whole time. Definitely not what I would call professional service. And to any future customer reading this review because of the shop’s “great ratings”: do yourself a favor and don’t waste your time here. I Was in for a Quote, the guy smoking didn’t even bothered to put apart his cigarette inside an enclosed area and also didn’t care to hang his phone to talk to me, and then he just said to me: what do you need?, I’m not taking any more jobs. Then, why are you still opening your doors if you can’t even give a single quote in a polite manner. Worst welcome ever and I’ll make sure to ditch this place always!
