It is my second visit with my car. Their service is prompt and professional, also with good explanation. Charge is pretty fair for the industry too. Will definitely visit again!
Disorganized and sus..
My experience here was beyond appalling. They had my vehicle for about 2 months, I got it back and the same issue it was taken in for hadn’t been dealt to, after returning it for another month they still couldn’t figure out what was wrong with it. Basically they had my vehicle for nearly 4 months without figuring out the issue - I took it to another garage and found out the core issue within 1 day. we had a bad experience with delays and having to contact them to find out what was happening. The labor cost also seemed very high for the work completed. I would avoid them in future
I recommend shopping around. I was quoted $1500 here to fix things after a failed WOF, but $1000 somewhere else. The mechanic also used my car to pick up things for himself/the business without asking first
