If I could give negative stars, I would. This place is HORRIBLE and ruins your things. They don’t bother looking at the care tag. Absolutely RUINED my beautiful irreplaceable faux fur blanket. Even the employees at the store commented that the blanket was ruined and that the owner would replace it. I was assured I would get a phone call. No such phone call happened.
