My first Kilar bed was purchased in 1996. This one pictured was made in 2014. I removed the rails and slip short axle straps through the post hole sides for a 8 point tie down. Had tie down installed inside the bed for narrower cars. All with the narrow version of this bed. Still use chains for most cars. I get an eleven degree load angle and the dump angle is extreme. I have owned 2 Kilar 15k Beds still have my second one. Very strong units. I have owned many other brands and personal like Kilar over the others.
