Would give 0/5 stars if it let me! NEVER, EVER do business at Kiko's (now Fun Town RV). We should of left before signing the paperwork, but they had the model I wanted. After calling the week before to set up a pick up time, we arrived to nothing ready to go (had to wait a few hours), and we were ignored the from the moment we walked in the door. We also wasn't told about broken things on this brand new camper (we had only seen it online, bc we live 7 hours away), but we're assured the 90 day warranty would cover everything.... read more
We bought a camper over a year ago so far they have sold 2 dealerships and only have skeleton crew managing the last one I have problems with fridge the warranty I bought is useless they entered wrong number now there is no financing department there and no way to get refrigerator fixed on warranty I would like to talk to a lawyer about this place it’s a scam worst place ever to buy an Rv
Ignore phone calls will not return calls have been lied to all because they owe me money for gap insurance
Cant get anyone to answer the phone.
