After buying 3 campers from Kikos I will never be back. To say I am disappointed is an understatement. The service department is a joke and the head of service does not know how to tell the truth. After more than 10 weeks at Kikos and being told our camper was fixed it actually came home worse off then how we left it. So if you want more repairs after "its fixed" then this is your place. I have referred multiple people to Kikos but this is a fair warning to stay away and find service else where.
Horrible job fixing my camper. It took weeks just to get an estimate. They charged my insurance 8k to replace 2 panels. Then took months to fix. And when I got it back it looked like a toddler fixed it. They didn't use the correct sealant around the windows. They siliconed it and got silicone all over the trim. And I just found out I have a leak around the window and mold. So I will be disputing with my insurance.
My experience at Kiko’s was the most positive experience I have ever had with a major purchase! From my initial conversation with manager Jeremy I felt welcomed and valued. Fletcher, my salesman was knowledgeable, honest and friendly. His energy and enthusiasm made the experience a lot of fun for me and my wife! This should be your first stop when shopping for a camper. Jeremy, Josh, Fletcher, Steve, and everyone else we met at Kiko's are first class. They exceeded our expectations in every area of our purchase. Give them a try, and you won't deny they're the best.
