I visited the KIKO Milano store today at Sawgrass Mills fully intending to make a purchase after seeing a display advertising 70% OFF on the Lasting Matte Veil Liquid Lip Colour. I even took a photo of the display because the promotion caught my attention. At checkout, the advertised discount was not applied. When I brought it to the manager's attention, her only response was, "The system won't allow it." I then asked her to honor the clearly advertised price by applying a manager's discount. She refused.
