They have nice products, however some of the afternoon staff today, Saturday, January 24th was extremely rude to myself and to my small group. If it wasn't for the fact that we had already picked out our products we would have left. There was 1 female staff member in particular who showed no respect for the clients and had a bad attitude. Today, I stopped by KiKo Milano to pick up some beauty cosmetics, and I was warmly hosted by Lucy. She was absolutely charming and made my visit so pleasant. I also witnessed her skillfully handle a guest who seemed a bit upset, showing incredible patience and professionalism. A big thank you to Lucy and the entire team for their kindness and dedication to making every customer feel valued. Great job
