Had the courtesy of going in the person. Alex gave me the products that were needed and even more . Alex had a lot of customer service and was very friendly. He gave very thankful tips and put me in the right decision when it comes to makeup. Would defiantly go go back for him 100%
Absolutely horrible horrible customer service there is no way to get in touch with anybody all emails are answered by a generated automatic message you will wait one month for your package. They strung me along for weeks and weeks lip gloss is sticky as hell! I do not recommend this company whatsoever ordering from directly from the website no one ever said that the lip glosses were sticky like honey, I truly truly regret ordering from this company.
Very pleased with the attention of the sales specialist Valerie. She was very kind in explaining and showing me various new nail polishes. The store was neat and organized and it was a pleasure shopping here. The prices are clear and affordable.
Went in there this weekend 12/26 mid afternoon, excited to try this new brand and there was absolutely no one to be found expect a stock person filling the floors (which was very sweet). She helped me get a lipgloss I didn’t see out, from the back. The two short girls at the register were extremely rude and looked annoyed as if they didn’t apply for the job ! They asked who helped and I said the girls name, they said in Spanish to just put it under themselves, the one checking me out proceeded to slam my glosses on the count... read more
