After no help from Dr.Kiko in getting pregnant I did IVF. She offered me birth control for my endometriosis instead of surgery to remove it. I suffered pain worse than child birth every month for 10 years because of her. After my IVF treatment, and I was pregnant I tried to schedule my first OB apt. The receptionist argued that I was a transfer patient and needed to see if Dr.Kiko would 'agree' to see me. I have had the worst experience with having children. My first born Willard put steri strips on me (I'm allergic to adhesive) and and about a week or two later I have sepsis. Be careful what they do to you. They have the best intentions, but can almost kill you like any other doctor. I just lost them as an obgyn at my fault. I hope others don't almost die due to them not paying attention to the allergies. I was drugged up and had severe preeclampsia and didn't know what they were.
My stepdaughter was referred here so we would have been new patients. I was 7 minutes late because I wasn't sure of the appointment time because I was scheduled over a month prior by phone and no upcoming reminder... so because of that and the staff turned us away with no option to reschedule. And then had the audacity to send a bill for a balance of $50 for a late no call no show... The office is too far away in my opinion and receptionists very rude. As a new patient to this practice, I was very pleased! Wonderful staff! Office staff were welcoming and friendly. Nurses were thorough, professional and also very nice. Dr. Kiko was equally as thorough, knowledgeable, professional and friendly. I would highly recommend!
