Came in yesterday to buy a last minute gift after work, entered the store at 5:23, doors were half closed but I asked the lady on shift if they were still open (opening hours are until 5:30) She said ‘not really I’m closing now what do you want?’ To which I said a notebook, and the said ‘well we’ve got lots of those’, huffed and puffed her way from behind the counter and said that I’d come in too late to browse. Love their products but the staff practically dismissed me and chased me off when i was looking. Told me to shop online instead. Going back for the products but putting people in their place if im treated that way again. Properly teach your employees kikki k. 😑

Great store.. lovely retail assistants who helped me choose a really great gift within my price point. Monograming service is amazing and affordable.
Love going to this kikki k store, staff are really friendly and helpful. I also got sent a $10 voucher for becoming a new member in store! They also have super kind staff that helped me finding a specific product. Will definitely be coming back
