Went into the store to purchase a planner I had seen online. The saleslady didn't acknowledge me, while she was chatting/helping a customer review the whole store. A simple 'I will be with you shortly' can go a long way. I like the planner but customer service is not great, also the store is now filled with non stationery random items.

Crazy that with thousands of people around they don’t open till a 11, 4 days before Christmas. The only shop still not open in the whole centre.

I really love Kikki K, but it's starting to ick me how much they dislike kids in their store. Each time I go in with my child and explain we're looking not touching, they are within arms reach of me each time and each time when they are at least a metre away from something the lady says, oh careful sweetheart. I find it bizarre and it's the only store at Northland I've experienced this in. To date my 7 and 10 year old have never broken anything in a store.
