Cara was amazing and such a delight to talk to! Super helpful and very informative. Witty, great at customer service and an absolute pleasure to talk to.
Went into the store to purchase a planner I had seen online. The saleslady didn't acknowledge me, while she was chatting/helping a customer review the whole store. A simple 'I will be with you shortly' can go a long way. I like the planner but customer service is not great, also the store is now filled with non stationery random items.
Crazy that with thousands of people around they don’t open till a 11, 4 days before Christmas. The only shop still not open in the whole centre.
