Very disappointing and frustrating experience! I came to this shopping centre specifically to watch a movie, and the movie was nearly four hours long. Despite spending that much time here for the cinema, I was still charged a parking fee. This is absolutely ridiculous and feels very unfair to customers. If the shopping centre knows that movies can run for several hours, they should provide reasonable parking time for cinema customers instead of charging them extra. I find it quite disappointing and unfair that customers are charged for parking when they are visiting the shopping centre solely to watch a movie. What makes this even more frustrating is that the cinema shows approximately 15 minutes of advertisements before the actual movie starts. Customers are effectively forced to sit through these advertisements, even though they have paid for a movie ticket. Awesome day out. Easy parking, great food options and brilliant shopping options.
If you have a movie ticket validation just be careful. If you stay more than 4 hrs, you pay full rate, which is ridiculous!
