The female staff member who worked on 26/12/25 was extremely rude and I’ve visited this store on many occasions and the experience when she is working has been the same. She is super unhelpful, blunt and dismissive. She didn’t even look like she wanted to be there. Don’t bother asking her to do a product search either she will just roll her eyes, sigh and palm you off. Won’t be coming back.

That one girl who works at the emporium store is very rude. I’ve been to that store twice, and she’s been rude both times. Last night, I bought a card and asked if she could give me a piece of paper or something to put it in since it didn’t have a plastic cover. She said, ‘No, sorry, not for cards, it’s just a carddddd… Then she asked me to wrap it with the receipt!!!
Loved these products for several years now. My wife and I are obsessed with the quality of stationary,journals,pens & planners. Friendly and helpful staff are always welcoming when we are visiting
