Very disappointing customer service on our most recent purchase of a leather passport holder. I have purchased other passport holders in the past from the Brisbane city store with monogramming and have always had a pleasant experience. Unfortunately the older lady working at the store is not very competent. Have shopped here multiple times over the last year, every time the older woman is always behind the counter glued to the computer, when going to purchase I am always ignored and not acknowledged.. I have to wait for one of the kind younger staff to come running over to serve me. I have stood there for minutes before when the other staff member is busy helping someone else and it’s like I’m invisible. Went in on a Thursday evening to get some gifts for my partner to celebrate their new role. The staff member Celine was knowledgeable, friendly, and happy to discuss different options and tastes. Will be going back!
