Have shopped here multiple times over the last year, every time the older woman is always behind the counter glued to the computer, when going to purchase I am always ignored and not acknowledged.. I have to wait for one of the kind younger staff to come running over to serve me. I have stood there for minutes before when the other staff member is busy helping someone else and it’s like I’m invisible. Went in on a Thursday evening to get some gifts for my partner to celebrate their new role. The staff member Celine was knowledgeable, friendly, and happy to discuss different options and tastes. Will be going back!

Disappointed with the customer service experience 28 October 2025. I went in to purchase a $100 gift card. The lady was unsure how to do this and consulted a person on the phone. I wandered around the store for over 5 minutes while she tried to work it out. I then went back to the counter and she was unable to do the transaction.
