I like some of the new designs and products as Kikki.k has shifted its focus a little bit from just stationary but as others have said there is one employee at chadstone that I found rude and she ruined my experience
Today I talked to Vikki from Chadstone store to see if I can exchange an item I purchased from Glen store. She sounded VERY UNFRIENDLY /cross, and said that I had to go to the Glen to get the exchange ! I said I am very closer to chadstone ( only 3 min. Away) and easier for me to come there to exchange rather going to Glen! She kept saying that according to the policy u could not exchange and had to go to the store I bought it ! The new girl at the counter was super friendly and nice. The co worker on the other hand was so miserable and rude. You’re spending a lot of money for items that really aren’t a necessity in your life, you’d think they’d be more gentle and kinder
5 stars to Kyra!! Absolutely incredible service, very lovely and helpful. Totally recommend to anyone to try and visit when she is working!
