I went to my friends house and was very disappointed with the woodwork done on my friend’s floors. The floors were horrible. They did not match at all to the existing floors!!! Do not use this contractor. Be careful and use at your own risk.
Worst job ever, please do not use this company. He subcontracts the work and doesn’t take responsibility for the work. Ruined my beautiful floors. We paid him $1000 to do 2 3x5 area and the work was terrible. He used the wrong stain color and didn’t sand down the wood , it was grainy and bubbles on the varnish. See pictures posted
My sister-in-law hired them to repair and replace some flooring in her beautiful home and they did a horrible job. They did not sand the wood down, you could see bubbles in the varnish they used, and they dint even take the time to match the existing stain. It was obvious where they had come in and worked. Your money will be better off spent with another company. DO NOT USE THEM!!!
His contract states the floors would be sanded with two coatings. One bedroom was sanded but the other floors only had the varnish applied on top of the old varnish. The floors look terrible with the sanding and the varnish only coming to approximately three inches away from the corners and along the walls. Horrible job! They left the floor uneven . He told me they would replace the planks that were damaged from water leak and it was just sanded sanded down. The floor is still expanded in that area. The base boards were not removed and were damaged from the machine they used to sand . They missed a closet area as well. The floor has gaps in between planks . He did more damage than repair . The wood floor is far from smooth. It is gainy with grooves all over my living room hall and master bedroom .
