I booked a manicure and pedicure over the phone for a specific date, but the salon entered the wrong date. I never received an email confirmation, so I had no way to catch their mistake. On top of that, I was never told there would be a cancellation or no-show fee when I made the appointment. Despite this, I was charged $150 for a service I never received.
