I’ve been a patient at this practice for years with no previous issues — until I needed care for an actual medical problem. Since April 2026, I’ve been trying to get proper follow-up for a suspicious thyroid lump. The entire process has been plagued by long delays in communication, difficulty reaching anyone, and poor coordination. After an ENT reviewed my CT scan two weeks ago and recommended updated thyroid bloodwork and a new ultrasound (plus noted a breast issue), the office never followed up. Dr. Kiki is a wonderful doctor!! the best.
came to her office to addresss a few issues. Absolutely nothing was resolved. She said she would provide me information for other resources to my issues and she never did. She doesnt take care of issues and was very dismissive. I DO NOT RECOMMEND HER at all. I will be changing physicians now. thank you for NOTHING useless.
