Not reliable made initial request. Than called again, said he would next day, called him back and said he would come by that afternoon-A NO SHOW AND NO CALL TELLING US HE WASN'T COMING!! THIS SAYS ALOT ABOUT HIS LACK OF PROFESSIONAL BUSINESS!!!
My water heater busted and Brian and his team showed up the next day to replace it. He also helped us get a couple more years out of the water heater before it busted. A couple years ago he did repair work on it when other plumbing companies were trying to charge me an outrageous price to replace it. He does great work and helped me get the most out of my water heater.
Awful! They didn't show up for the appointment. I followed up and called them, and they still never followed up to why they stood me up. Don't recommend Kiker plumbing as this is a very unprofessional company!
They showed up on time and Tyler was fantastic. Friendly and knowledgeable! I'll use them again if the need arises for sure. I just hope I don't need them for an emergency 🙏 😅
