I loved my stretching session! The environment is calm and inviting, the studio is cozy. I worked with Caroline who was friendly, respectful and super knowledgeable. She taught me some at home stretches to help me sleep and to keep the range of flexibility. If one looks for deeper stretching, this is the right place; the kind of stretching offered at this place can't be done at home ( I would never be able to do what Caroline offered on my own). I would highly recommend to try it.

My partner and I visited the Kika Stretch Studio in Wayne on 2/26/22 and it was a fantastic experience. This was first time for either of us doing this type exercise/wellness activity and we both walked away feeling great and looking forward to incorporating this into our regular self care routine. Beth, the owner, delivered an experience that was customized to my problem areas, explained the purpose and expected outcome of each section of the stretching, and checked comfortability level with each different stretch. So worth it! The long term benefits are impressive. I feel more flexible and even 10 years younger. Much more relief than a massage!

That 45 minutes was the best Todd well professional . I will recommend this place to anyone.I’m not looking for miracles this is the best thing you can offer to your body .
