I enjoyed my experience so much at Kika stretch that I had to come back and bring my 16-year-old daughter (Who also now loves it and wants to come with me every time). Victorie is amazing. This method is so therapeutic and effective, I can tell the difference in my workouts. My range Of motion has improved and my strength, as well. I’m definitely going to continue with my Kika Stretch sessions- now I can’t imagine life without it!
Had a superb experience at Kika Stretch Studios! I went in there feeling a little tight, and Coach Jewel got me right! I love that they ask for any focus areas beforehand and really make sure that we involve stretches to address those areas. Also, the atmosphere was super relaxing. My boyfriend has been RAVING about his session since he finished on Sunday. He insisted I come up here and leave a review. He said you guys were so knowledgeable and very thorough! He left feeling 20 times better. Thank you for taking care of him. He’ll be back and I’ll be with him this time so I can experience the greatness lol
Jewel has been so accommodating. I have to admit I am not the best with timeliness but she is kind and patient with me (I will get better I promise) The sessions are really great. I went to other studios in the past and almost gave up assisting stretching altogether but I am glad I gave it another chance because Jewel has been an absolute gem and the studio overall has a great atmosphere. I have already recommended it to a couple people. DB
