It does take forever, even after you bump the dock. People are nice. If youre low on hours, talk to the dude that checks you in. My thing was, backed in around 1900, can't see nothing except the light from inside the building. Around 2130, place lights up like it has its own sun. Weird.

Appointment for the delivery was 7am, it was a team that lost a lot of time due to weather and bad traffic, arrived at 11am, empty 12:40pm, thank you guys!
Check in 6am and got me out 7am delivery people cool and my experience was good.
