This place sucks. Arrived at 1045 for 1100 appt. Was told they're running behind because of the 3 day weekend. Ok, I'll buy that. 4 hours later go in to find out where I'm at in line. Told there's 2 trucks in front of me, so about 90 minutes. Another 2 hours and still don't have a door. We'll call when we're ready. Same bullshit I've been hearing all day. Ridiculous. So 7 hours 15 minutes after arriving, I'm finally loaded and rolling.
Would not give them a star if I did not have too. Checked in around 1151 for my load. I was told 3 trucks ahead of me. I counted three trucks I checked back in around 1345. I then was told I had 1 Truck ahead of me. Another driver checked in after that and was told he had 4 trucks ahead of him. He is now gone and I am still getting loaded. Very unprofessional. Finally got loaded at 1800.
Wrost place Not a value of time 1pm. Appointment. Still. 6. Pm. Nott loading start.
Was told by shipping could come in early possible load out early showed up 10:00 for 13:00 appointment office not same as docks 4 and a half hrs later still sitting on street waiting for dock definitely overbooked
