nt to another address. Waiting now over 5.5 hours. Not sure the Law but by contract this is so disrespectful to drivers. It's not a safe as should be by law and truly it's pointless to be both incompetent in fulfilling basics and rude about safety. I have 5 kids and don't get paid for wait time. I'm okay to work at other tasks and wait, yet it's an abuse of power and not best practices to disturb safety. So hopefully Steve will grow up, do the job right and be honorable. Take The small road beside Bojangles, it is Poplar on the google maps. Pulli to Kik's lot, find a spot and BACK IN. Then go check in, return to your truck and they will come get you when they want to load you... No overnight parking! Once loaded you have to go..

This is the worst place all driver please avoid this place there will take forever to get you loaded more that 5 hours wait and still nothing..

Nice people, shipping and receiving is on west side of building so don't panic. Take the red-light next to bojangles on main street and go straight through the gate. Park before going to receiving window.

Booked a load from them with chrw. Driver got there 2h b4 his pick up time.. At 1st location they told him to go to another location. When he got to 2nd location they told my driver that his PU# wasn't good.. This went on for 3 hours b4 they finally accepted the pu#, but told us since we were late we would have to wait a long time to get loaded! The load ended up canceling... STAY AWAY!! Very unprofessional guy Robert at shipping very Rude..
