8-12 appointment was made by Nest Support. I called night before to confirm, was told they'd be there between 10-11. Never showed or had the consideration to call. Was asked by Nest to call if a no show, which I did. They cancelled & rescheduled with another contractor. Then this guy calls after 1PM to say the appointment was cancelled. Yeah, by Nest, because you didn't show up. He's telling me that his appointment locations were an hour away.
