I flew into Portland to get help for menstrual cycle irregularities with PCOS. I had tried hormonal therapy (with terrible side effects) and other clinics in California but acupuncture and herbal medicine here seem to be the most effective. I’m just glad to have found a solution after trying so many times😭😭
