Recently, I had a blocked sewer line caused by tree roots, which led to flooding in my basement. Zachary came out to inspect the pipe again and made sure everything was clear, so I wouldn’t have to worry about another backup. He walked me through what was happening with the plumbing and explained which product is best to keep the roots from growing into the pipes. He even showed me how to use it properly. The team really knows their stuff, and I highly recommend their plumbing services!
