I should have done my preop labs before my surgery ASAP as stated from my doctor! Information to the lab was sent day before to the system! When I arrived first thing in the morning they said that there was no information received! Went to my doctor to confirm if the information was sent and they confirmed it was sent a day before!!!!! Staff in this lab is too lazy to look for information or possibly does not know how to look for the information! Very disappointed in the service!
