Great location for condos. Close to drive all around the shores. Building is a bit dated but our unit was nice. Parking is challenging and although it is on the beach, the beach is very small compared to one's within a few miles away. Good for couples not wanting to stay in high end hotels and more privacy.

Great place to stay! We stayed a week here for New Years and it was amazing. The beach was very nice, and the stores right across the street were very convenient. Highly recommend

Fantastic place to stay while visiting Maui. Just steps away from the long Sugar Beach that extends north and south from here. There's a beach shop, farmers market, and shaved ice across the street. The location is very central and gives easy access by car to most all of the places you'll want to visit in Maui. The rooms are very nice and each has a balcony or patio overlooking the ocean. Cannot over state how great this place is! You won't be disappointed.
