unprofessional, unethical, horrible business practices
KDG didn't let us move in early so that the apartment would be "ready" at our move in date. We've had consistent issues that show the apartment was not properly inspected prior to move in. Open, live wires in cabinets, balcony door doesn't close without locking from the inside, cracked wall, nails coming thru floors. Apartment was thrown together quickly to be on the market. They hired a 3rd party flooring company who broke my property ($200-400 in value) when fixing the poorly installed floors that had nails coming through.... read more
