We had Jordan come to do some electrical work for our pool pump. We were hoping to avoid buying a new pump. Jordan did a fantastic job, updated some wiring previously done by someone else that he was not comfortable with safety wise and found some bad wires in the pump. Everything is working fabulously!!

I contacted this company for a minor electrical repair and circuit move. During the call, I explained that my customer had previously used a company from Lima for the original work, since they have multiple stores and typically use the same contractor for all of them. Instead of simply discussing the job, I was immediately criticized for not choosing a company from Bucyrus. I called Kiess Electric for an estimate and Jordan came out to access the situation that same afternoon. I requested a written estimate and he said he would get back with me in a couple days with it. In a couple days, he called before he sent the written estimate to talk it over with me and and asked if I had any questions about it. He gave me two estimates of ways I could handle the situation.
