Such a great place to become the better and stronger version of yourself! The team is always friendly, knowledgeable and ready to assist. Ryan, Sam and many more great people. The scheduling of your appointments means you stay on time and working out becomes something you can schedule in between jobs. Especially the ease of wearing any gear (as long as it's sleeved) means I can jump from my work gear onto the machines and save valuable time in my schedule. A long time Kieser member this just one of (now) many clinics in Victoria, and up the eastern seaboard. Top physiotherapists at all clinics. For personal training and assistance there are degree qualified exercise physiologists and exercise scientists. For injury repair, weakness rectification, and staying strong as age clicks along, Kieser is a great system.
I wouldn't recommend Kieser to a friend... I went through the program for 1 year (3 times a week). Although I achieved some improvements in terms of general strength, there was no real difference with what I had achieved the year before at the gym in Aquanation (which costs less than a half of Kieser's membership). Finally when I decided to cancel my membership I was charged with 14 days notice period ($124) even though I was paying more for a "flexible" membership. What a pleasant place to attend stimulating work out with very pleasant friendly staff. I have definitely improving my health thru the caring of staff. Ryan is certainly dedicated and encouraging as are rest of staff. Thanking you all for a very productive experience.
