Dealt with various Agents during looking for properties and Gordon at Kies has to be the worst I have ever dealt with, no customer service, no follow up and does not return emails. Very poor experience for us, even though we liked the house no counter offer, or didnt even ask what we could come up to, would not buy from here now even I did ever get a come back feel sorry for the Vendors, harsh review sorry but really not impressed.
Tried to contact them during their business hours multiple times to enquire about some land. No response or saying they were all busy, went to go look at the land myself and turns out it was already sold and houses already built on it. Probably a good idea to update the listing so they don’t waste peoples time
Gordon and the team at Kies have been absolutely fantastic. They gave me great advice and handled all aspects of my sale with exceptional care and outstanding service. I would definitely use them again and highly recommend them. They were fantastic! 🤩🤩🤩
