Dr DiFrancesca is very friendly, knowledgeable, curtious, thorough, and professional. He explains everything in detail so you understand what he is treating and why. For me, he avoided surgery by treating the underlying issue. I am very grateful that he was recommended to me and I highly recommend him to anyone having foot or ankle issues.
The treatment was good and it worked but I wish the receptionist were a little friendlier. They don’t even great you before pointing the thermometer at your forehead. Sometimes a little kindness goes a long way.
I have seen both Dr Kierstein and Dr. Di Francesca. They are both highly professional. Their staff are friendly and courteous.
