I’d give 5 stars except for what happened today. I had a Keratin treatment with Sherdon a few weeks ago and wasn’t that happy so went back to discuss and he was so aggressive and unkind. Like angry at me. Not even “let’s see how we can make this better for you” Kieran is charming and wonderful and gave me a chic cut weeks ago but today ruined this salon. Not going back.
My entire experience at KM salon was top notch. An elevated Madison Avenue experience, but yet super friendly and not at all “stuffy”. I was never left to “wander”, since this was my first time and I had no idea of where to go. From the gentlemen at the font desk to Silvia at coat check (so very lovely) to Doug who washed my hair- EXCELLENT! I had an incredible experience at Kieran McKenna from start to finish. I urgently booked an appointment after an unfortunate haircut at a different salon.. Caitlin assessed the damage and talked me through her proposed plan; she was very considerate and made sure I understood and agreed with what she needed to do to erase the damage of the last cut from other salon. The vibes at this place are great. So many regulars who have been going for years which I think says a lot. Everyone is so nice, it's not stuffy at all. Doug does my color and he's phenomenal.
Kieran and Elizabeth are the absolute best! Kieran always gives me the perfect cut—he really listens and makes sure my hair looks amazing every time. Elizabeth is a true artist with color, and I always leave feeling so confident and beautiful. I couldn’t recommend them more highly!
