i came here about 2 years ago as the first time ever getting lash extensions. i had no idea what to expect or how it’s done. for starters she didn’t tape my lashes at all or clean them. the set took about 10 minutes to do. Re: My appointment was 4/29 9:30 Hernandez. This set lasted me 1-2 weeks after everything on my skin and waterline fell off. It was a painful set to deal with as clusters of my lashes were lashed in groups under 1 lash. I really wanted to like my experience because visually the lashes looked decent at first glance, but the application itself was honestly one of the worst lash experiences I’ve had. My full set was done in only 27 minutes, and unfortunately it showed. There were noticeable bald spots where lashes were completely missed, while other extensions were glued to multiple natural lashes instead of being isolated individually. Kiera always does an amazing job! I’ve been going with her for about 5 years and have NEVER had a complaint. She’s quick, does beautiful sets, and is a great person overall! I’ve gotten my lashes done, laser hair removal, and the permanent jewelry and all of those things have been 10/10!! I recommend her over anyone!
I love Kiera, she truly is so easy to talk to and someone i respect a lot for not getting upset with me when i asked her for less volume on my lashes! She is so sweet and was so quick to get me in and makes sure im always happy with my lashes! Never had an issue:)
