Bad cust repetitive in the billing department. Not even ready to explain and hang up call
The staff of this business are inept, inefficient and incompetent and don't know what they're doing. After my doctor sent them an order for a MRI he told me to wait for several days or a week or so for Advanced Radiology to contact me upon after approval of my insurance. Finally, after a week, this office called me with a staff member telling me that my insurance approved of the order and they are ready for me to make an appointment.
