We recently used Kienitz-Nix Memorials to design a headstone for my father. I found Matt to be very accommodating and professional in the process. I appreciate that he took the time to work with me, even while he was on vacation and I am living in another state. Circumstances as they were, Matt provided us with exactly what we wanted and did so in a shorter time frame. Matt made the process easier. We appreciated the attention to details that he gave us. I highly recommend Kienitz-Nix Memorials for custom-made gravestones and install! I live in Florida and wanted to bury my beloved's ashes in a Michigan cemetery. Matt helped us design a stone for my great-grandmother, who died over a hundred years ago and never had a stone. We live in another state and he took time and care to work with us long distance, and to place the stone in time for us to visit it. We are truly grateful for a beautiful stone and for his work with us.
