Since this company took over the management of my apartment building, they have been negligent and non-communicative. The company did not clean shared bathrooms as was the expectation laid out in lease agreements. When the heating system needed repairs in December 2016, they took several days to have that done and the residents of the building were without heat for at least 72 hours during one instance and other lesser amounts of time during following instances. We were in a position where we took over management on very short notice, and thus timing of services may not have been as orderly as we would have liked. That said we always strive to provide the highest level of service and apologize to the reviewer, who was obviously frustrated with our service.
