As a patient of Dr. Kielar's for over a decade I am VERY disappointed over the last few years what I have experienced. It's time to find a new more considerate, caring and compassionate healthcare provider. Examples of dissatisfaction include needing an updated prescription for work purposes (expired days earlier), Dr. Kielar refused to assist without me paying for an in office visit to come in days later to then hand it to me.
