I had the privilege of working with Nancy on doing a reverse mortgage. I never meet her in person but didn't need to. From the moment we first spoke on the phone I felt like we had know each other for years and she put me at rest in making the decision to do this transaction. She walked me thru each step and was there to answer any question. When a problem came up she fixed it right away. She will fight for you and tell you if there is a problem and not sugar coat it. Either they're too busy for everyone or they just forgot about me. Either way I had to go elsewhere. Would not recommend.
