I went to Kiehl's in uptown Manhattan, and the service was great. I was greeted by a representative of the store and he was wonderful. He tested my skin and recommended certain products. He was patient as I asked many questions. He did not rush nor pressure me but assisted to help make up my mind. I've been using the products for a week and can honestly say I see and feel a difference in my skin. The products were very expensive but I went when they had a sale, which was great. Kaylee D. was incredibly helpful. Kiehl’s discontinued a roll-on under-eye cream I used, so I went in looking for alternatives. She was patient and thorough, walking me through several options. Even though I’m still deciding, I continue to consider Kiehl’s because she took my inquiry seriously. She even organized the products on the counter with a sticky note so I could take a photo and review them later. Her attention to detail and genuine care made a real impact.

I've been using Kiehls for a few years now. There used to be a store closer to home, but it closed during covid. This store in the city is always clean, well stocked and staffed. The young gentleman who assisted me informed me about some specials they had going on, which was helpful. They take back all their empty containers, which I really appreciate in a brand.

I love this location so much and will always go out of my way to come to this one out of all of the other locations in the city. Everyone is always so nice and helpful and the store is always spotless and well organized. If only the company would stop discontinuing my favorites.

I love all products but beside that customer service - Staffs at this UWS location are always great !
