I went to Kiehl's in uptown Manhattan, and the service was great. I was greeted by a representative of the store and he was wonderful. He tested my skin and recommended certain products. He was patient as I asked many questions. He did not rush nor pressure me but assisted to help make up my mind. I've been using the products for a week and can honestly say I see and feel a difference in my skin. The products were very expensive but I went when they had a sale, which was great. Kaylee D. was incredibly helpful. Kiehl’s discontinued a roll-on under-eye cream I used, so I went in looking for alternatives. She was patient and thorough, walking me through several options. Even though I’m still deciding, I continue to consider Kiehl’s because she took my inquiry seriously. She even organized the products on the counter with a sticky note so I could take a photo and review them later. Her attention to detail and genuine care made a real impact.
