I stopped by on Tuesday evening to pick up a face wash and asked the sales associate for some advice. They were incredibly helpful and recommended two fantastic products and gave me a free sample of one!
Tried to come in at 11:22 AM today and the store attendant had locked the door. Hours state 10 am open. Waited outside for 5 min. She saw me. Nothing

I stopped by to pick up my cyber Monday online order. Tony is amazing. We talked about KIEHL’S products and I shared that I was still exploring their stuff and trying them on me. She gave me samples of products which I didn’t try yet. That was very helpful. She also did some skin test on a special machine which one I didn’t even know to exist in these stores. Tony explained me my skin condition. I’m really satisfied and happy to meet Tony as my assistant today. That was fabulous.
Experienced amazing customer service from Morgan who helped me understand the entire portfolio of Kiehl's products, and answered all of my questions. Will be returning!
