Natalia took the time to understand my needs and offered great recommendations without any pressure. She’s a very nice person with a genuine, positive energy. This store is located in first floor on the public transit entrance side of GSP. It’s a small store but full of wonderful Kiehl’s products such as moisturizers, facial oils, dermatology solutions and skincare. Prices of the items are labeled in the shelves. They also have a small section to for trying out skincare products. We went during Black Friday sale. They had up to 50% sale on products. Dashai I believe that’s her name, is a gem! She’s very sweet and kind. Not only is she super knowledgeable and helpful, she’s a great listener. She understood what I was asking for, and provided me the best product to target my concerns. She even showed me other products to use in conjunction with what I came in for. This allowed me to have a full routine and I was also shown how to use and apply the products in the right order. Thank you so much to her!
